Let me know - since you can save 3 cents per gallon with a card they offer, I feel like they are still not the cheapest stations. Am I wrong in thinking that? Give me your comments.

Never heard of SHeetz. Not in my part of the country, but I'll try to notice next time I take a long road trip.

A new Sheetz is going to be built in my area. Where I live there is little or no competition because all the gas prices are usually within a couple cents of each other no matter the station. I'm sure the Sheetz prices will be the same way.

They're hit and miss. When prices are on the way up they jump first here and usually jump big. Until recently they were one of the few who still had the 10 cent price increments between grades but that just went out the window with now 20 cents per grade, and at one point it was 30 between mid and premium. One thing I do notice is they don't compete. They just set the price where they want it and that's that.

I agree with you, perry. Sheetz does not have the lowest gas prices in Greensboro. But, I have to wonder why they are still in business. They must be doing something right. Check the convenience store. If they sell SuzyQ's, then that is your answer.

Actually, probably none of us can answer that question unless we're in the Greensboro area. We don't know what gas stations prices are in that area. However, I'm sure that you can check the Greensboro Gas Buddy page and compare prices between Sheetz and other gas stations.

It shouldn't be that hard for you to determine if Sheetz has the best gas prices or not.

That said, posting prices helps others learn if Sheetz might have the best gas prices. It would especially help your fellow Greensboro Gas Buddy members.

Sheetz don't have the best prices in New Philadelphia, Oh. They have higher increments between grades and the price just stays high until someone else changes gas prices.

I requested this be moved to "General Gas Talk". It doesn't belong in this category.
