I just did some master station list additions and subtractions but the villages that some of these stations are in are not listed in the master station city drop-down list. Who adds or deletes city names?

I added Woods (Stan's Service Centre) in Gilmour, Woods (Cardiff Corner Store) in Cardiff and Tower Hill Marine in Dorset. I "temporarily closed" Eldorado Quick Stop in Eldorado. None of these 4 cities are listed in the drop-down list for Ontario.
