They are opening even when you don't roll over them. They get in the way of reading the forums.

In my case, it's because I sometimes go to the library, and pass a gas station along the way. I won't be near my own computer for at least another hour, but the library computer is right there, so I use it to report the price.

Yep Scoutmaster! Ad block is my friend. I don't see many ads, and especially the roll overs.
