I recall I-285 being like a NASCAR track even though the speed limit was 55... I actually took a phone call while driving today, for the first time in ages. With the bluetooth Borg headset it wasn't too bad. I didn't get distracted, but then again it was 11pm and all I really saw were deer, lol.
