We're approaching the end of hurricane season (last day in November), but one rogue system had to fire up because its been so quiet. So, what's going on, you ask? Tropical Storm Ida, currently sitting off the coast of Central America, is poised to enter the Gulf of Mexico next week. While this should not influence prices at all or pose any threat, it's a reminder that the U.S. has not had a major hurricane hit in quite some time. Let's hope that trend continues, but we'll make sure to keep tracking Ida once more forecasts are available. So, what's going on, you ask? Tropical Storm Ida, currently sitting off the coast of Central America, is poised to enter the Gulf of Mexico next week.
