Does anyone have any thoughts or comments about the rules the US has that are making it hard for Canada to purchase the military equipment from Boeing that we need for our military? Here's a link to the story: U.S. Rules Hampering Canada Arms Purchases
My personal opinion after reading this article is if the US wants our help to fight terrorism then why are they making it hard for us to improve our military? They are treating us like a bunch of criminals and that we can't be trusted with sensitive military equipment. So it looks like if we end up purchasing this equipment we will have to go through Washington and pay an extra 5% for Washington's commission fee.
